Energy Boosting Chocolate Smoothie

  • High Speed Blender


  • 1/2 banana
  • 2-4 dates Depending on sweetness preferance
  • 1/2-1 cups spinach or any type of greens
  • 1 chard leaf kale or another type of green
  • 1 radish optional, I'll use beets sometimes as well
  • 2 tbs cacao powder
  • 1 tbs nut butter of choice Cashew is my favorite
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice I use unsweetened almond, oat, or cashew
  • 1 cup frozen cherries or strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries


  • Throw it all in the blender and whirl it until it's smooth and delicious. ;)
